This policy covers information collected through syncsolved.com and through the AI Front Desk service we operate for client practices.

What we collect

On this site: information you submit through a form (name, email, business name, and anything you write to us), and standard, privacy-respecting analytics served by our hosting provider.

For client practices: call audio and transcripts handled by the AI Front Desk, booking details written to your calendar, and contact details a caller provides during a call.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, to operate the AI Front Desk for client practices (answering calls, booking appointments, escalating to a human when needed), and to improve call handling for that specific practice. We do not sell visitor or caller data.

Your own workflows stay yours

We do not use a client practice's call data, scripts, or booking patterns to train models used outside that practice's own system.

Third parties

We rely on a small number of providers to run this site and the service: our hosting provider, our booking-page provider, and the calendar/booking platform your practice already uses (Vagaro, Boulevard, Mangomint, or Google Calendar). Each handles data under its own privacy terms.
