Terms of service

These terms cover use of syncsolved.com and the AI Front Desk service described on it. By booking a call or becoming a client, you agree to the terms set out in your individual service agreement, which takes precedence over this page where the two differ.

The service

SyncSolved builds and operates an AI call-answering and booking system for a specific practice, configured to that practice's services, calendar, and escalation preferences.

Fees and the guarantee

Setup fees, monthly rates, and the performance guarantee described on the plan page are set out in full in each client's individual agreement.

Call recording

Calls handled by the AI Front Desk may be recorded and transcribed to operate and improve the service for that practice. Client practices are responsible for any caller-facing recording disclosure required by their local law.
