Book a call
The plan

What gets built, what it costs you in effort, and who carries the risk.

What gets built

Six pieces. You are involved in one of them, and only at the start.

01

Call-flow build

We map how your calls actually go today, then build the flow around your services, your pricing questions, and the way your team already speaks to callers.

02

Calendar and booking integration

It writes into the system your front desk already opens every morning. Nobody logs into a second tool, and nobody re-keys a booking.

03

Escalation ruleset

We define, in writing, exactly which calls go to a person: clinical questions, complaints, VIPs, anything involving a discount. It follows that ruleset every time.

04

Staff training on the installed system

Your front desk learns how it behaves, what it hands off, and how to correct it. They finish knowing how to run it, not afraid of it.

05

Weekly performance report

Calls answered, calls booked, and what was missed before compared to now. One page, sent to you, no dashboard to check.

06

Monthly optimization call

We go through what the system heard that month and tune it. New services, new objections, new seasonality all get built in.

The guarantee

You do not pay us for a month the system was not performing.

You pay the one-time setup fee to build and install your AI Front Desk. That funds the real work of getting it running on your calendar, your services, and your call flow.

From there, your monthly rate holds as long as we're hitting the performance target we agree on together, typically a call-answer rate and a booked-appointment count, measured against a baseline we pull from your own phone system before install.

If performance ever drops below that agreed target, we keep working: tuning the script, fixing the integration, running it, at zero additional charge, for as long as it takes to get back above target. We don't disappear once you've paid the setup fee, and you don't pay for a month where it isn't performing.

What we measure

Call-answer rate + appointments booked, measured against your own baseline.

What we need from you

The guarantee holds as long as these three are true, because these are the things that decide whether an install performs.

  • You give us 30 days of call data before install, so the baseline is real
  • You name who urgent calls escalate to, and they pick up
  • You give us write access to the calendar you actually use
How it is run

One system. Three ways to run it, quoted to your call volume.

Core

Answers every call and books it.

  • Unlimited AI-answered inbound calls
  • After-hours and overflow coverage
  • Calendar and booking write-back
  • Human escalation for clinical, urgent, or high-value calls
  • Staff training on the installed system
  • Weekly performance report

Plus

Core, plus follow-up on the leads you already have.

  • Everything in Core
  • Recall & Reactivation: outbound follow-up to warm and missed leads
  • Automated post-appointment review requests

Complete

Plus, built for multi-location and high-volume intake.

  • Everything in Plus
  • Multi-location support
  • Inbound lead qualification and triage for high call-volume practices

Recall & Reactivation

Outbound follow-up to warm and missed leads, added on top of Core without moving to Plus.

The founding pilot

The first three practices pay no setup fee, in exchange for the proof every practice after them will read.

Every call flow is still built by hand, one at a time, by the same person who answers your call. Three is the real number of builds one person can do properly at once, not a marketing number, so once those three are filled the setup fee applies as normal.

What you get

  • The full build from the plan above, at no setup cost
  • The same performance guarantee: you are not billed for a month it underperforms
  • First priority on your monthly optimization call while we are both learning what works

What we ask in return

  • A written case study with your real before-and-after numbers
  • A short testimonial once you have seen it work
  • The right to name your practice once you approve the results

Questions

01

Do you have other clients yet?

Not yet, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. You would be one of the first, which is exactly why the guarantee is written so the risk of underperformance sits with us. You get Sabia, one named point of contact who owns your account and answers you directly.

02

Why isn't there a price on this page?

A practice taking 90 calls a month and one taking 900 are different builds. A flat number would overcharge the first and undercharge the second, so we quote it on the call, after you have already seen what the line is costing you.

03

How long before it is answering calls?

Most builds are live inside two weeks of getting calendar access and your call data. The first week is the build, the second is tuning against real calls with your team listening in.

04

What does my team have to do?

Give us call data, name who urgent calls go to, and sit through the training. After that the work is ours. Your front desk keeps working the way it already does, with a line that no longer rings out.

05

What happens if it stops performing?

We keep working on it at no additional monthly charge until it is back above the target we agreed on. That is the guarantee below, in full.

06

Which tier is right for me?

Most practices start on Core. Plus and Complete exist for when you want follow-up on old leads or you are running more than one location. We tell you which one you need on the call, including when the answer is Core.

07

What happens if the AI gets something wrong on a call?

It does not give medical, legal, or clinical advice, that is not what it is built to do. Anything outside scheduling and the questions on your written ruleset escalates to your team, every time. If it ever mishandles a call inside that scope, tell us and it gets fixed in the next tuning pass, not the next contract renewal. The formal terms live in the services agreement, this is the practical version.

08

What happens to our data if we cancel?

Your call data and calendar access are used to run your line, nothing else. If you cancel, our access is revoked and your data is deleted within a set window, it is not held indefinitely or reused for anything.

09

Who do we call if something goes wrong outside business hours?

A caller with an urgent question is routed live to whoever your team names for that, per the ruleset you set before launch, that happens in real time regardless of the hour. A problem with the system itself goes to the same person who built your install. You get Sabia, one named point of contact who owns your account and answers you directly. We do not promise a 2am answer, we do promise a same-business-day one from the person who actually knows your setup.

Get it quoted to your practice.
