Proof

Here's the machine. Here's how we measure it.

A call it handles

Friday, 7:42pm, after the desk has gone home. This is the call most practices lose.

Caller, 7:42pm

Hi, do you have anything open this Friday evening for a tox touch-up?

AI Front Desk

We do. I have 5:30 or 6:15 with Dr. Reyes on Friday. Which suits you better?

Caller

6:15 is perfect.

AI Front Desk

You're booked for 6:15pm Friday with Dr. Reyes. I'll text your confirmation now. Anything else before you go?

Written for demonstration. When we build yours the scenario is your service menu, your providers, and your booking rules — whether that is a tox consult, a color rebook, or an intake call.

Interactive demo

Pick salon, medspa, or law — talk to a fictional front desk in writing or with your mic, and hear the reply spoken back. Generic practices only, not a named client result.

How this is different

Not “AI answers the phone.” The mechanism is the proof.

  • Baseline from your call records — not an industry average we invent
  • Write-back into the calendar or practice system you already open
  • Written escalation ruleset: clinical, legal, complaints, and VIPs go to a person
  • Weekly one-page report — calls answered, booked, and what changed
What we measure

The guarantee is only worth something if the number behind it is yours.

Before install

We pull 30 days from your own phone system. How many calls came in, how many were answered, when the misses clustered. That number is yours, not ours, and it is the number the guarantee is measured against.

After install

The same two numbers, every week: calls answered and appointments booked. If the answer rate sits below what we agreed, the month is not billed.

You pay the setup fee once, to build and install it. From then on, your monthly rate holds only as long as it's performing. The moment it isn't, we work for free until it is.

Monthly rate pauses when performance is below target — that is service credit (we keep working at no monthly charge), not a cash refund of the setup fee after you are live.

What the phone actually costs across these industries

$3,000-$7,000

a month in lost bookings from just 20 missed calls at an average medspa.

$10,000+

is the typical retainer or case value riding on a single missed personal-injury intake call.

3% vs. 39%

is the appointment no-show rate with a live phone confirmation compared to a call that went unanswered.

Who builds it

We are early. That is why the terms carry the risk — and why you deal with one named person.

You do not pay for a month the system was not performing, measured against a baseline pulled from your own phone records rather than ours. You get Sabia, one named point of contact who owns your account and answers you directly.

The first three practices pay no setup fee in exchange for a published case study — the founding pilot on the plan page. After that, every build is still hand-done, one at a time.
